Illuminated Perfume is owned and operated out of Southern California by Roxana Villa. She says, "The botanical perfumes I create are very concept driven and fabricated by my own hand." Her work is impeccable and her latest offering, Fig.1 NOIR, is delectable. It makes me darkly feminine, no longer a maiden or a budding mother, but a woman with gravitas. This fragrance definitely falls in the "sexy bad ass" category and is not recommended for the faint of heart.

My signature scent is Karma by Lush, another ode to patchouli from an ethical company. I can't wait to try some of the fragrances from Illuminated Perfume. Thanks for posting this article!
