Vintage Tween Bedroom

I just passed a store window filled with sweet vintage goodies suited for a young girl's room.  It got me thinking, it would have been such fun to have a vintage inspired room as a tween.  I loved my junior high era bedroom and probably would have scoffed at scuffed up furniture and granny quilts.  But now, I absolutely love this look.

I have been looking for stuff like this to bring character to my daughter's bedroom! I filled it with a bunch of new stuff for the sake of convenience, which I now regret. Just don't tell my husband about the flea market dresser with the sticking drawers I bought to replace the Ikea special he had to put together a few months ago! Great inspirational images!

I would have loved this ! I was a big fan of Anne of Green Gables, What Katy Did and the Little House books. I was always at odds with my mum who had a more modern outlook, so never got my dream room.

I love all of these inspiring looks. My little daughter Ruby who is nearly 8 has a room not unlike these- I think it'll see her well into her teens- she loves this style and it can be changes up a bit more like your images by eliminating anything too young. Thanks for the inspiration xxCorrina. PS hope your baby is feeling better.
