Beams in the Kitchen
My mom is in the process of remodeling her kitchen in Eastern Oregon. She and her husband tore out the inner ceilings to reveal not only a vaulted roofline, but also wood beams! I'm so excited to see what she does with the space, but until then, her home improvement projects has me thinking about beamed ceilings in the kitchen.

Just bought a new home and we are doing a big remodel. And yep, we will have beams in the kitchen!!
Looove wood beamed ceilings. If only I could luck out and find some in my new house!!! Love all the inspiration pics and of curse mommas house too!
Love the beamed ceilings. Your mom's project reminds me of the old house project we have underway. As we were gutting our old place we thought there was nothing worth saving till we opened up the kitchen/LR ceiling...then surprise... Beams!
