Courtyard and Table Fountain

I wanted to share one more thing from the house tour I took on Wednesday in the Lake Highlands area of Dallas, Texas.  One of the homes had this fabulous water feature in their front courtyard.  It was designed and built by the same company from yesterday's house tour: New Leaf Construction.  I thought it was brilliant.

The home belongs to Scott and Melissa Powell and is designed in such a way that you can hear the water feature from the master bedroom and kitchen.  What fun to sit down to an outdoor dinner party and enjoy the cool water flowing by your wine glass!  And for fun, here is a shot of the kitchen.  I love the big picture windows above the counters that allow you to see out onto the front courtyard.  And isn't that fire place above the stove groovy?
