Thinking about Fashion

I am in the process (the long process) of getting rid of all my old clothing.  I've lost 60 pounds in the past 9 months and nothing really fits anymore.  Some of my clothing is going to consignment stores for plus sized women and some of it will be donated to a thrift store benefiting our local women's shelter.  I'm also in the process of saving my pennies for a little shopping trip.  Maybe it will happen this summer, maybe it will be in the fall.  But I'll need some new clothing for sure!  I've been daydreaming about the kinds of clothing with which I might want to replace my old wardrobe.  Its sort of a new beginning.

Hi Sarah, I'm embarking on a serious weight loss journey myself and have quite a bit to lose (overwhelming!) at least 30kilos. I am a bit sad that I'm nowhere near that at present. Apart from the incredible health benefits if being a good weight it also affects your esteem and your wardrobe can actually be cheaper if you are not in the larger sizes! I am going to a womens conference next weekend and my sister who is about a size 8 can get away with wearing say the same jeans with different tops and can change her look without packing heaps of things- oh I can't wait til that's me. Enjoy your shopping spree you so deserve it xxCorrina
