Picnic Season

I've been in Cedar City, Utah all summer while my husband works at the Utah Shakespeare Festival.  One of the best things about being away from Dallas this time of the year is that we miss the heinous hot weather.  Our family is out under a tree on a picnic blanket at every opportunity.  Most of the locals are like, "Eh - the weather is alright."  And I'm saying, "Are you kidding?  This is paradise!"

They all look lovely and so warm.
Just the other day I was complaining about summer heat and now I am freezing .. time to complain about the cold !

No outdoor picnics for us for a few months !

I love Cedar City.....we have often stayed in a little RV park at the far side of that sweet little town.

Have fun,

How great that you get to escape the heat and humidity of Dallas. I'm a picnic enthusiast myself. Hope that you get to indulge in lots of outdoor time :)

That is so funny because we just went back to our hometown in NM (we live in Phoenix right now) and the kids were complaining about the high 70's weather...I was thinking "y'all are *INSANE*!!!" (c: Enjoy your weekend, Miss Sarah!!!
