Room With a View

I live in a place where the summer beats you down with its oppressive humidity and mosquitoes will eat you alive if you sit outside for any length of time. Sitting outside on the porch is more of a spring or autumn event for us in Texas. But I can still dream, right?

dear god can i relate!
atlanta is the same.
being outside right now is akin to pouring maple syrup on yourself, standing in the line of a blow torch and then standing in a rainforest.

See? Jenny, I knew you'd know what I meant. There is so much moisture in the air that after stinking you, mosquitoes drown in your sweat.

I am so with you, it is a nightmare in Georgia, humidity-wise! I have bad hair days for 4 months straight, it's awful! Gorgeous pictures, I LOVE a rooftop terrace! In my dreams! XO!

I feel ya on this one. I need to pull some weeds in my garden and I just can't bring myself to do it! Maybe in fall I will put my efforts back on the outside of the house!
