We've had another glorious spring day here in Dallas. This week, I've taken most of my meals out onto the patio to better enjoy this fantastic weather. The thing about spring in Texas is that while it is stunning, it is brief. Summer heat and humidity will set in early as it always does, and spring will soon be a fleeting memory. I must relish it while I can.
