I wanted to share a bit of local news this morning. The 8th Annual White Rock Home Tour is coming up on April 20-21. There are five homes on the tour this year. Two of them are new builds that boast completely modern and sustainable features. There are also two Midcentury homes. The fifth home on the tour is a rebuild. The home owners kept the original foundation and repurposed the existing materials to create the new house. It's going to be a great tour and I'm so looking forward to seeing these houses!
