Maybe its because Autumn is underway. Maybe its because I'm thinking about my son's Halloween costume. Maybe its because I miss that terrible orange velour sofa that inhabited my college roommate's bedroom. Whatever the reason, I'm definitely feeling the orange velvet today. Just imagine the possibilities.

I just love the orange daybed. What costume are you making?
He'll go as a construction worker, Scottish highlander or train engineer. When I first asked what he'd like to go as for Halloween, he said Michael Jackson. I don't think he knew what I was asking! He'll be three in November.
Years and years ago, we had a "cinnamon" (orange) suede sofa.. it was the most comfortable sofa and looked good everywhere... then after years, it became tired and we were tired of the sight of it.

or maybe just an old gold ...
I had an orange room growing up from middle school until I graduated high school. I loved it.
