Seriously. Should I paint big circles on my wall? Because I kind of LOVE it.

It was done by Jamie Meares in her new Furbish Studio warehouse in Raleigh.
Check out all the photos of the new store HERE.
Okay, okay, here are a few more:
She has a unique style, quirky and original - I love it...
ReplyDeleteBefore I saw the photo I thought "Hmmm, polka dots.. not so sure about this..." Then I looked at the pic and I say GO. FOR. IT. I love the free-form nature of the painting. Are you thinking of black + white, or a different color combo?
ReplyDeleteif so, call me crazy, too. as soon as I saw that, I said, "Aha! my guest bathroom!"

Miranda - My entrance is painted in a light sea grass gray and I'm thinking of painting darker grassy gray circles over the top of it. So it would be tone on tone - but definitely a great contrast like in Jamie's photo from the post.
ReplyDeleteI wouldn't call you crazy, I would label you a genius! Do it!
ReplyDeletethose big circles really loke awesome! paired with the rest, it would be the perfect entree!
