I love a galley kitchens and ...Im with you, Sarah. I love a galley kitchens and eat in smaller kitchens. I currently live in a newer construction home with an open concept kitchen. We are planning to downsize soon and Im looking forward to having a more private kitchen. After living with an open concept situation I really don't like that my guests and our family can always see any mess going on in the kitchen. Ive learned that Id prefer separate entertaining and living areas. Im looking forward to having that separation.
