Napkin Throw Pillows

I'm a throw pillow whore and I don't care who knows it.  Recently, I saw an embroidered suzani throw pillow that I really wanted, but it cost a million-ga-jillion dollars.  Of course, I had to walk away.  Then, while browsing Cost Plus World Market, I found some napkins on sale that had a similar pattern and color scheme as the super expensive throw pillow.  I bought two of the sale napkins ($1.99 each) to convert into throw pillows!  I backed them with material from an old green twill curtain, found two inexpensive down pillow inserts from IKEA and voilà - a perfect pair.  What do you think?

...and on a separate note, thank you to Alcira of The Nero Chronicles
for naming me one of her "Stylish Bloggers".  Made my day!

  3. Agata, by all means steal this idea! Its super easy and you don't have to cut the napkins because they are already standard throw pillow size (19.5" X 19.5").
