This is possibly my favorite recycled decor story ever. I stumbled on this at Design Sponge. The piece was found near the designer's home in Washington State. Now it has a new life as a fire place. All I can say is "wow".
Sigh....we live in a newer home, my dream is to live in a home that can carry so many of these ideas! Until then, I do what I can and add my own quirky in simple details.
